Friendfeed profiles need to have personal custom background image option like a Twitter profile. Not just because it's more personal, but because custom backgrounds actually help remind me the paths I've taken in reading different feeds and a constant reminder of the feed you're on. From a usability standpoint this would benefit their product.

Ha! I hate the whole cult of "under 25" too. I would actually say that my younger relatives (in their 20s) are LESS internet savvy than one would expect.

I definitely know where they are coming from on this, but there's lots of us oldsters out here too and I just hate to think that we're an overlooked demographic. I guess that's what it was -- it's being looked at from such a marketing perspective.

Yes, I typed this when I had consumed my full serving of absinthe. I was a rookie. To translate, Nancy used the absinthe spoon to fling a pea from Randy's pappardelle on Mel at Mark and Randy's wedding lunch. It was funny at the time. Guess you had to be there :)
