This is a doorway. A commercial about absurd nothing to just make people laugh again. Subconsciously its associating Windows with a happier, goofier, MORE POSITIVE thought in your mind. You have learned nothing but are left wondering. They aren't going for a sell. They are going for an impression. Once you are happier, you are more apt to learn and accept without bias.
