I'm baking brioche from a starter! It's my first time making brioche. And my first time using natural leavening. Everything has taken longer than I expected/read, but it seems to be turning into bread? It smells SO GOOD in here, you guys. Wish I could share smells!
Hard to believe that I won't be at the torch again for three weeks. I'm happy to report that 95% of what I wanted to finish for the show is finished and today will be mostly play. Here's to hoping I do good things!
