My resolution ended up being at the TV. My Philips had a setting called “Unscaled” that did the 1:1 pixel mapping that you mentioned. For others reading this, I am not terribly happy with the Philips. It is a FullHD, 1080p 1920×1080 TV and the quality from the PC is still isn’t that great. - Matthew Finlayson
