@CarboniteBackup when do you plan on launching your Plus plan that allows backup of external drives? internal only isn't enough.
@JohnWTucker yes, and their solutions have not been helpful. even did a full fresh install and get the same problems.
@Chris_Ashworth for a 200+gb itunes library? gets very expensive... Mozy is supposed to do it, but fails time and time again...
ok, apparently affordable online backup solutions THAT WORK AS ADVERTISED don't exist. hope my house doesn't burn down.
