"On Windows, if you choose to "hide" file extensions, you probably had "es_hello.txt.txt". The final name of the file *absolutely* must be "es_hello.txt" but keep in mind that Windows may hide the ".txt" part from you. If Windows Explorer shows you "es_hello" but it has a little Notepad icon next to it and calls it a "Text document" or similar, then you're doing it correctly. See: http://pics.gd/2009-07...
