"ONLY FUNNY IF ... whoever wrote the note didn't actually scratch and dent that persons car. After reading that note whoever owned the car would have enough of a panic attack that the lesson would be learned without being a complete a$$hole and damaging a car someone obviously cares a lot about. Bad parkers suck, people who damage cars SUCK WAY WORSE. And people who encourage that kind of behavior to continue suck even more. If I caught anyone keying my car, there wouldn't be a single word.
