When I looked those libraries on FB, I'm wondering how much time they spent there to keep updating their pages. Look like a full time job to me. - Lin

Our library has one. It's not a giant success, as we only have 57 fans so far, but it's not a big time-suck either. I made all of our librarians on Facebook admins so that if they run across something interesting in their reading they can easily share it, but for the most part it's upkeep is my job as the technology librarian. Our blog posts feed into it automatically, and I just update it with interesting or relevant information as I come across it in my professional reading, blogs, or through listservs. Fans post on the wall infrequently, but I check on it daily when I check my own Facebook, just in case. That's pretty much it. - Andrea
