Okay, so far it's not working with Mendeley or Zotero---I have a ?? out to Mendeley (I don't see batch load anywhere?) and Zotero, I'd just use the screen scraper.

Refworks Import worked (still have to import and change it to NLM PubMed) and so did EndNote (again, import, PubMed filter).

Just did EndNote and that worked pretty well.

So...the steps are still the same; the only difference is the label for the option to save the record? Or is there a change to the data that is exported?

It's one less step--You choose citation and don't have to then tell it to download in Medline, it does it automatically. So...five steps instead of six.
