Home from a busy wkend at my in-laws'. Maternity clothes & new purse bought, dresser for baby's room stained, and got driving practice in.
Baby is very active today - been dealing with a lot of IT today, so hoping this means she's loving the geekiness LOL
Bruise from blood work yesterday is reminding why I need to ask phlebs to use a butterfly instead of a straight needle for ALL blood draws
So glad that my extra long lunch down at Drexel aired my office out enough to be usable again.
Between the guy still painting in the hallway (for the past week) and the floor cleaning last night, my office is making me feel gross

Spent yesterday in S. Jersey, spent today in Chestnut Hill and playing Foodie Fight. Good weekend with good peoples.

The one watery eye may be the most annoying part of this cold.
Regular Sudafed does not last long enough. I miss 12 hour cold medicine right now.
Also, now have a head cold. Can't take sick days, need to save them for maternity leave. At least I can take Sudafed.
Why do those "your pregnancy this week" things keep comparing the baby to food? Apparently 16 weeks = avocado size baby.
Lab holiday party - done. Holiday shopping - done. Wrapping bonanza tonight.
Grant is submitted! 136 pages of sciency goodness is off to NASA/NSBRI.
Working from home most of the weekend - will be so glad when this grant is finally in on Monday!
