I've been craving carrot cake for weeks, right? The cafe we went to tonight, which has a massive array delectable cakes... HAD NO CARROT CAKE LEFT.

LOL!!! I did some work in Florida in the 80's. All I kept hearing about was Key Lime Pie. Not one single place in Gainesville, FL had Key Lime Pie. Driving home and hitting Maryland line we stopped at a diner. Key Lime Pie was featured. - Janet:#TeamMonique

Yes, any angel food cake mix is fine, it is more the dried egg whites to give the cake poof. - Janet:#TeamMonique

I make mine in a little custard cup but some make it in a coffee mug too. I also spray a touch of Pam to release the cake. It is pretty warm right when it is done. Teasing you, like, burn your tongue! - Janet:#TeamMonique
