Admittedly I'm a fairly disinterested Jazz fan, but this D-Will trade makes sense to me because 1) he was gone anyway and 2) 4 players > 1.

Based on the presser, I think DWill led to Jerry deciding time was up. The Jazz mighta tried to keep Jerry but he decided it wasn't worth it
