"The prime minister, Gordon Brown, and his wife, Sarah, last night weighed in on the increasingly acrimonious debate over the NHS by joining a Twitter campaign defending the health service from attacks by US Republicans intent on derailing President Barack Obama's healthcare reforms. The NHS has been labelled "evil" and "Orwellian" by Republicans and campaigners who claim it allows the elderly to die untreated. They argue deficiencies in the British system should act as warnings against the dangers of a "socialised" healthcare system."

We should ALL have the right to choose the time and method of our own death. To put that in our Will and have it carried out is a Right that should be guaranteed.

I realize what Obama is doing in this picture (putting on the medal), but it sure looks like he's strangling poor Hawking. :-D

What's "evil" or "Orwellian" about good, free, comprehensive health care for all, regardless of means? Surely it's more Orwellian that the best healthcare would be available to the wealthiest = "inner party". F**king Republicans. Seriously!

I'm appalled by the amount of lies, it seems that some people believe or want to believe that when we are ill we get assessed on whether our lives are worth saving or not, that is not the case. NICE, for instance, assesses the overall cost-effectiveness of new treatments and drugs not the "worthiness" of each individual patient as some people claim.

Wow, that's a quote you'd think to read in regards to the Prohibition of the twenties.

Not in GTalk, but in contacts. But most of the ones I've followed appears as (unnamed contact), with the URL to their Google profile.

- Zee.
no, maybe in "All Contacts" not "My Contacts"

Hmm, odd. It may have something to do with this: When I subscribe to a user I place him/her in a group which allows them to comment on my shared items. So I guess they sync that way...?

The person shows up in my Gmail contact list (wish they'd just call it an address book), but not in GTalk. I don't move them around in groups or do anything other than follow back. I'm just not that organized.

"Is a wife to blame if she doesn't know these intimate physical facts?" "YES! She's decidedly to blame." Just look at the poor woman--the shame of not using "gemicidal and deodorant" douches. Poor husband.

Not exactly new, but definitely good for kids. This image isn't a great example, though. It should say, "How Mommy's Mouse Used to Work" Once upon a time, mice had balls...

"For some reason, I'm losing comments. Anyways... If only I could gather all my hot friends together so you could be my very own Parade of Lovers. Sometimes laughing ends our play, but more often than not, it adds something silly and wonderful to it. I like that sex can be anything we want it to be: serious, loving, casual, sleepy, playful, et cetera. Well, almost anything. : )"

"I've seen a doctor touting the efficacy of penis enlargement pills on an infomercial. She had some really insulting things (in my rather uninformed opinion, since I don't have a penis, small or otherwise) to say. I've stopped expecting too much from professionals."
