Gives a quick and dirty estimate of the order of the genome contigs. Suggest genome rearrangement near the terminus

Nucmer/Promer/Mummerplot is an oldschool, but fast way of getting similar sorts of information. Not nearly as pretty as ggplot though :)

Hm...I don't understand how you can infer the order of the genome contigs from this plot... I guess I am missing something...
