Very nice, but it seems like some of the questions should have been elaborated a bit more. For example, I am fairly sure that some people included their first- and last-author papers in the count for "How many papers have you been an author on?" whereas others did not. - Lars Juhl Jensen

There are also some duplicate submissions in there (including mine). I remember my browser waiting forever the first time I submitted without giving me a confirmation, so I tried again. Now I can see that both submissions went through ;-) - Lars Juhl Jensen
