I don't care what the media says. I don't think this was a homicide. Nobody was forcing Jacksin to take all those drugs. Did his doctor give them to him, perhaps but I don't think it was with the intent of killing him. This is just Joe Jacksons way of blaming someone else and trying to save a liitle face. (no pun intended)

well ...you are right it wasn't intentional on the part of his doctor, ... however, was it legal what he was giving him, and HOW? - no, it wasn't .. and that is what killed Michael.... doc might have said - "find yourself another doctor, because i am not giving you these" ....
