"Marriott CEO, J.W. Marriott told a shocked audience this morning that he never knew what a blog was when he started, but now finds it a way to listen to others, and communicate better with the thousands of employees and customers around 68 countries."

Because of the Marriott Blog and the PR group from Marriott on Twitter, thy had a chance at my business again a few months ago. I actually ahd a room reserved a Holiday Inn and cancelled it to go back to the Marriott brand

I agree with Dustin. FF is my preferred communicator/reader/aggregator as of now.

@tyr @bnix @bradcoy It's sure easier to converse on FF with multiple people

this FF is just a side-arm room off twitter and other aggrigatted media for the RE.net the way I see it. The above article is more about showing a little support for a tool that we all love and use while the few that operate it work out some "kinks".
- Brad Coy
@bradcoy I see it the opposite. Twitter is better used as an adjunct tool to FF. (the mobile way to update FF) FF comments add more context and easier flow to conversations. IMHO...via feedalizr

i think friend feed does a much better job of allowing group and one-to-one communication to occur around items of shared interest which is why i've been such a fan. that said i use twitter as a regular communication tool too and believe that it has it's value too.

I am now a big fan of FF, poor Twitter's stressing is stressing ME!
