and of course there is the problem of features: too much and it is too compicated, too little and it is useless.
i.e. how to fetch data from memory, react to / do something with it and then putting it back. also how to step though code is not clear
Investigating again how to make a computer from logic gates. The ALU bit is clear, but how to tell it what to do with code from memory not
Investigating again how to make a computer again. the adder bit is easy, but the bits to automate the thing with code is confusing me.
Hello, world. xubuntu running on ps3.
ok, i'm a nerd. got my ps3 for less than a week and i'm already researching how to program for the cell processor.

aargh. msts activity editor is failing and i have no idea why.
woohoo. Graduated. in three weeks i get a piece of paper that says that i am officially a mechanical engineer.
Top Gear was absolutely amazing. The show after it, about the moon landing was also really worth watching. The BBC rocks.
@bre started another go at making a gomboc model. Going to take some more time to make it right, so expect it next weekend.
which of course were copied at least two times, making them very hard to read.
then again, 50 year old technical drawings "shudder". I really like digital drawings since i had to work with 20 year old hand drawn ones.
