@robsurrency I was up in the NY office yesterday conducting user testing (which went really well)
what I mean is, Lieberman obviously doesn't have to worry about health insurance himself, too far removed from actual people's lives imho

Pt 3 @comcastcares tried unsuccessfully to get this resolved yesterday: Waited 30mins, guy couldn't fix it, said he'd call back, and did not

Pt 2 @comcastcares guy then says his screen froze. Puts me back on hold. 2 mins later the call drops. I'm trying to get the internet back up
