My first ever shopping experience on Black Friday. Started at 11pm Thursday, planning to go to Toys 'R' Us, but left after seeing the line over 3 blocks long. Shopping at other stores straight through until this morning (Friday).
Lost 6.5 pounds last week for a total of 30.5 lost. Woohoo! I reached my first goal and made up for 3 weeks of no loss. This is going to be the toughest week of all though. I just hope I don't gain.
Can't believe I got up at 7am this morning after getting in at 12:30 last night and staying up until 2am gabbing with my daughter and son-in-law. Non-stop all day, so it's nice to finally relax and catch up on FB.
Well, I've officially hit a plateau -- 3 weeks with no weight loss (or gain). I've stayed well under my points allotment and haven't even used any activity swaps. Since I've really stepped up my exercise routine and my jeans are falling off, I suspect the fat has turned to muscle -- I'm hoping.

My darling daughter got me an early Christmas/birthday present of a washing machine, which I love. So, I got her a birthday/Christmas present of all the supplies and equipment she needs to make lefsa.
1500 more NaNoWriMo words tonight. Not caught up yet, but at least I haven't fallen further behind. I'm discovering the characters are driving the story in a direction I hadn't really planned. I think it will be an interesting journey.
