I figure that if I can keep cleaning up non stop I can almost (almost) put things back together as fast as the kids tear them apart. :).
Does everybody call the little end piece of a loaf of bread the "heel"? Why? Is that just a Apalachia thing? Hummm. Why am I so hungry?
Today I'm Home alone with the kids while mom shops at the Pickerington Arts and Crafts thing. So far so good but I'm outnumbered for sure.

Today: 300 emails; built 8 new webservers and finished 8 others - put apps on 2. 21 terminals open at once. One very busy/fun day.
Curses! Work computer died. Now I've got to reboot. Generally speaking this will take a hour or so :(.
First construction meeting today to go over the blueprints. If all goes well they start digging for the footers and basement tomorrow. :).
The lawn service arerated our cable connection along with the yard today... Wish my iPhone could teather my computer to #AT&T #Apple :(.
Children don't have a switch or dial to put them back on standard time. Can't we just frigging pick a time and stick with it! :).
Happy Friday eyerybody. Trying to get work finished early so we can go visit the Farm. I've been craving Stuarts Hotdogs in Huntington...
We did trick-or-treat with the kids then back home from grandmas in time to install software on two servers at work. I'm tired/need candy.
I relearned the hard way today that the port number listed in the spreadsheet might not be the one that the web server is configured to use!
Played "Daddy Leave" tonight. Think Hide and Seek where the kids get distracted and forget that they should hunt for dad till prompted :).
We're off to Ben's school for "Bulb planting day". And then. There will be football. :).

Every time I walk past Maddie's little toy house it makes a toilet flushing sound. I'm startin to get a complex about this possessed toy :).
Back from a weekend at the farm just in time to see a hot air ballon land in front of our house. Pretty neat! http://twitpic.com/m29zs.

The Bucks and the Herd lost today but I got watch both! Also build the first fire of the season. Had fun with the family. Life is good.
Made it to the farm for the weekend. Good to be back in Proctorville for a few days. Go Dragons and Go Herd! Good luck in the Coal Bowl!
Pretty neat quote: "if you wish to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe." ~carl sagan (RT @kevinrose).
Our washer died. It made the lights in the house blink - which looks neat - but does not help to clean clothes. So much for that Plasma TV!
Back to work. At least there will be Starbucks...
Worrywarts read this! :) RT @marc_dierens: Excellent list with good advice -> RT @GuyKawasaki: How to combat worrying http://om.ly/LCoh.

The Herd and the Bucks win! A pretty good day afterall. Still sore from sleeping on the floor in the baby's room all last night though.
Abby's taking the baby to the doctor. Up all night with her again. She wouldn't eat but was in a pretty good mood. Hope it's just croup.
Both kids still running temps and the baby is very raspy. At least she ate something for dinner tonight. Damn flu bug go away!
Just got Tweetie2 for the iPhone. So far I love it. Very nice upgrade. All over landscape support is very welcome addition. Worth the $3.
