The House of Representatives on Saturday night passed a sweeping health care bill by a vote of 220-215.

I don't like that amendment at all... too bad it was even allowed cause everyone already knew that the republicans wouldn't vote for the bill anyway. Think she should have tried for a vote on the bill before the amendment.

From my understanding the deals around the Stupak amendment were made with Democrats. It had nothing to do with the Republicans this time around.

yes. I'm ok with it. Small steps. I never expect these things to be 100% what I feel is right and if there is a public option and all people can be and hopefully, will be covered..yes. I'm ok with it.
