Ronin: For the past 23 years, my right eye has been floating between -3.25 & -4.75, and my left eye between -2.75 and -3.75. The astigmatism ranges from -0.25 to -1.0 (Don't remember if it ever went over -1.0). Wish I were better organized. I don't know how much the astigmatism rotated over the years.
