I did a half-hour on the treadmill today. That's about all I can stand before I die of boredom. I can easily walk outside for an hour though

We'll probably do that at some point, but I expect the weather to cool off soon enough, and Ill be able to walk outside any time of day. For now, if I don't get out by 10 am it's too hot afterward, and it's hard to get out by then. - Mitch Wagner
