I think the argument that a jailbroken iPhone is automatically less secure is not a solid one. SSH is not installed by default when you jailbreak, for starters. Also, there have been vulnerabilities in the past, and there will be again, that involve core services and protocols that are in use on non-jailbroken devices (cough, Safari).
