Command and Conquer, the popular real-time strategy game from the 1990s, is available as an HTML5 in-browser game. It’s not an official release from Electronic Arts, it’s actually a crazy bout of coding from Aditya Ravi Shankar–in a bid to improve his coding chops he decided that he would, in a 30 day crash course, attempt to code the original Command and Conquer game as an HTML5 game. It’s not complete yet (not all the units are available) but it’s still an amazing little port that is growing release-by-release. Ripping DVDs is a great way to keep a backup and stream videos over your network. The process typically takes 2-3 different programs to accomplish the task. Here’s how you can skip a step and decrypt DVDs using HandBrake. HandBrake has long been a favorite of How-To Geek and we have shown you a couple different ways that you can use it to rip DVDs and TV shows to your hard drive for storage and playback. This process always involves installing a DVD decrypter first to break the Content Scramble System (CSS) copy protection so your transcoder (HandBrake) can read the information and copy it to a self contained video file. This method works fine but it means that your decrypter needs to be able to decrypt anything that you want to rip. In the past, legal action has been taken against DVD decrypting software to shut down development claiming it to be illegal. There is however a work around. - Mokotes

If you want to start a fire it's best to keep some matches or a lighter on you, but there's always the possibility you won't have one. Secret Tips from the Yumiverse created a guide to start a fire with something you probably always have access to: water. If you were the kid to sit around burning ants with a magnifying glass, the idea will be familiar to you. You use the water inside a jar to focus the sun's rays on kindling (or Doritos) until you get glowing embers. Once you have the small spark, give a few gentle blows and you have a fire.
