I just got a CNN Breaking News Alert (!) about how Ashton Kutcher beat CNN to 1 million Twitter followers. Twitter has jumped the shark.

It's really not a 'jump the shark' issue for me. Popularity aside, Twitter is used in different ways by different people. The recent popularity will not change how I use it.
