I like the natural peanut butter at costco. It does get a bit hard when you refrigerate it but it only takes a few seconds in the microwave to get it to good spreading texture. - Rodfather

I like the Trader Joe's peanut butter, but only when it's first opened. Once it sits in the fridge for a while it's just like any other PB. I also like a lot of their other nut butters, like sunflower seed butter...yummy. - Alex Scoble

Actually, you may have gotten it from a bad dispenser. The way it comes best is with a lot of the original peanut oil. The oil tends to rise to the top so that when you use a spoon to pull out a chunk, it really needs to be mixed back together with the oil. Granted, it's some work to eat peanut butter compared to a thick plastic can of Jiff, but it really is much better fresh. One day, if you are really feeling fancy, buy some Almond butter.
