Truly, it is good to have people with differing points of view. I didn't know who Scoble was a year ago and still don't feel his opinion is the best on everything. It is just opinion after all. Robert, yes, IMF and WorldBank both are crying doom. Moreover, since last years, it appears that WorldBank was a target of systematic cyberpenetration, resulting in unidentified amount of stolen info. I am not intimate with the World Bank affairs. It would seem then that the WB should bear some responsibility in not over-reacting, but this is purely speculation on my part.
