Peter I hope everyone reads the whole article. "Admitted" in this context is an emotional word that implies guilt. Jobs will be created - the endangered mouse is not the main benefactor of this money - it is not even in Pelosi's distrct, etc. etc. Take care, Chuck

Previously they were saying that this project wasn't getting any stimulus money. Now they admit it is. Sure, the mouse is not the main benefactor - but it is the Bay area, and many folks don't think the return on the 16 million is worth it at this time.
