I shouldn't say natural (since using a HRM) but the constant pace per mile by targeting one HR. First time I had tried that run.
HR progression run tonight, 9.8 mi, 6 at progression starting at 140bpm up 5bpm/mil to 170bpm. I really liked the natural pace setting.
