AT&T can't issue iPhone subsidy, tells me to call Apple. Apple tells me to go into store. Store tells me to call AT&T. Epic pain/fail!
Time to do a conference call with Apple and AT&T while standing in the store.... also make a casual reference to your appearances on The Early Show (TES?) If they can't solve it for you, then how can the rest of iPhone users expect to?
