"I definetely think this is something that a lot of us are going to be interested in as more and more people depend on their cell phone as their primary telephone, although Privus Mobile came out with this same service a few months ago and it works on a wide array of carriers rather than just one."

"The phone itself is pretty cool, but I'm still waiting on an app that gives it an onscreen keyboard for text messaging. Also, on the Goog-411 shortcut, I'd rather use a cellular Caller ID service like Privus Mobile or the one MetroPCS is starting than have to miss the call because I'm searching for who it was."

"I don't know that there problem is that they are too full of themselves lately. Steve Jobs has always been the cockiest person in the industry. I think Apple's biggest problem is that they've gotten so big that people aren't willing to look past their lack of back-end support anymore. Before, they just had to put something out with a pretty GUI and an all white casing and everyone was mesmerized. With the iPhone, people are really starting to see that Apple has limited experience working with anyone else but Apple and they have minimal experience in making complex, back-end infrastructure for their products. Like the iPhone, the new MacBook will be a good notebook with some new features to make people ooh and ahh, but it will still suffer from the same technical limitations as all their other products."

"I'm excited about this because of the monitoring capabilities. I don't think it's necessarily meant to replace searching a specific topic, but if you want to continuously monitor one topic, but don't want to deal with the same Web sites every time on the first few pages of the search this really comes in handy. Also, for companies people and/or site owners, this enables you to keep tabs on what's being said/printed about you online without having to do a new Google search every day. I see it being useful for topics that you are continuously having to/wanting to monitor rather than just something you're interested in or looking for information about."

"I don't think Agile is free for Windows Mobile. it was for iPhone during the 1.x firmware days, but I don't think it's ever been free for Windows Mobile. Also, I agree with PCX99 that SkyFire should have been mentioned as it's available to anyone now and has a great UI for a WM browser. I would have also thrown Privus Mobile on that list. It's not necessarily a program, although it does run on your phone, but having actual Caller ID on my phone, not just people in my contacts, is a great benefit considering I'm using my Moto Q more than I'm using my landline these days."
