I missed this: Aaron and Mikel made the Flickr map tiles sensitive to time -- if your photo is in 2008 or 2009, you get different map tiles!

I guess I owe AT&T an apology. The issue was the adapter cable. Odd how it can supply power (lights are on) but also bork the connection?!

the power indicators unfortunately are usually not accurate enough to determine if the electrical output is truly within functional ranges

The "low-profit" structure could also ease a classic dilemma between public and private operations... The L3C is something in between: a business that is required to operate in the public interest and can accept of tax-deductible investments, but can also pay a profit to partners and investors.
