When I got married in 2006 I sold my home for 120k. Recently I checked Zillow - the house is listed at 78k.

I had the house built in 2001 for 115k, so 120k was not too bad. Originally listed it at 130k, and had to lower it twice. Took over 300 days to sell.

about once a year I will drive by the house to see how my leyland cypress trees are doing. I planted 5.
