yep I use it for music. Haven't really found a good podcast solution. I need something that syncs with google reader since I also listen to them at work and at home on my computer sometimes.

BeyondPod works well for me. It syncs up with Google Reader and has tons of options for how much to cache and when to remove things.

Adam, I like Beyond Pod, I guess i just need to dig into it a little deeper. The process of importing all my Google Reader subscriptions is not easy with BP though. Easier than most of the other ones out there, but they need to have a "one-click" button to import.
