Plurk is a microblogging platform. Compared to Twitter it's similar but different. Most of all Plurk doesn't cease to introduce innovations. And that's

I need one that shows about 10 minutes. That's when I usually start to erking. Suppose I could use Mail Goggles, though. :D
- Alix Whitmire
It's brilliant... I thought it was a joke till I read the description. They should just let it be customizable how long the delay is. Labs is really shaping up!

Brilliant Indeed! Just enabled it, and tested it out. it's golden.

This could be the most important Gmail feature I ever use one time!

For those who work somewhere that uses an MS Exchange backend for their mail, this has existed for years.. but only for those within the same exchange domain, and only if they use exchange instead of pop3. You can recall your emails, this looks like they've added a 5 second delay before google sends your email.

AOL users have been able to do this for years, but only with emails sent to other AOL users. And there is no time limit on it, as long as the email is still unread. If the recipient hasn't read it yet, you can still yank it right out of their inbox a few weeks later. (and they let you check status too, so you know if they did or not) It can be really weird when someone does it to you and you see the mail in your inbox, then it just disappears.

I do the same thing in outlook using a rule that delays sending for 5 minutes

I would modify your advice to 'get all your creative content off Facebook ASAP'. The Google reference in you post is revealing. Why did FB not take the Google (and adobe) friendly TOS route?
- Mel Buckpitt
Rui, "In reality, we wouldn't share your information in a way you wouldn't want"....so why have a TOS from hell then? If they don't want it, they should follow Google's lead
- Duncan Riley
I've seen the Picasa TOS quoted in a few places today as part of this conversation. While I'm no lawyer, I think it's worth pointing out that item 11. "Content licence from you" of the Google TOS comes across as quite far-reaching.. These terms apply to Gmail and other Google services, I am assuming. The terms are at http://www.google.com/account...

can I just point out that this very posting allows you to use Facebook Connect for comments :-) I also posted my own reading of the TOS today in the comments
