One of my friends said I must not really care about Prop 8 because if I truly cared I'd go no matter if my sinuses were bothering me. He told me I should have medicine to take and just go. I did take medicine, but it didn't help. I don't like it when people make me feel bad for something I.....

I'm sorry that not only are you not feeling well but that you've been make to think you aren't doing enough to support a cause while you aren't well. I had a sinus infection recently. Before then I had never had any sinus issues. Now I have complete empathy for those with sinus problems. Get well and know that in your heart you support it and there will be another time to demonstrate. :o)

I'm not going to let this person let me feel bad. I'll show my support somehow. I have several friends who are homosexual and homosexual rights are something I believe strongly about.

Well, here's a question (or two): Did you vote against 8? Are you ready to sign the petition for a voter initiative next election to strike the changes prop-8 made to our constitution? If so you've already done and are ready to do more than what 50% of Californians have done.

Joesph, I live in Buffalo, NY, and I would vote against any vote that was against same sex marriage. This protest that's going on is a nationwide thing. All 50 states, plus some European countries are participating in the protest.
