Don't think I'd ever fancy cycling in London. Classic Top Gear episode showed Richard Hammond's perils.

I agree but it's a shame as that seems a good way to relieve congestion and pollution especially as the most interesting part of London is only 6 miles across. Subsidised tube and bus fares would also help. Public transport is a joke. My daughter signed up for a course at a local college and couldn't go when she found out there are no buses running after 8pm so she couldn't get home. Madness.

I'd love London to be cycle-friendly but it's no way near at the moment. Saying that you can cycle along the river and there are some nice parks nearby.

Hey Nicola, is is me or have you been a little quiet on FF recently? Nice to have you back. :-)

Been very busy though now conference is over and work caught up hope to spend more time here again. And it was great to get an email notification of your comment:)

Ah, OK. Yes lots of changes on FF, how are you liking it?
- Kol Tregaskes
Taking time to adjust I'm afraid and certain things I don't like such as not seeing the time of last entry on the groups. Found that useful in the past to keep up with new posts/comments.
