The last two weeks I have been extremely tired. The week I had the flu I slept all the time and felt rested for the first time in many months. Recently I've been too excited to sleep when I'm tired. I guess that's self limiting in that fatigue kills excitement eventually. - Daniel Dulitz

If you are fatigued for no good reason that you already know, I would tell your doctor and ask for a blood panel if you haven't had one recently. Besides giving you and your doctor all kinds of fun data to look at for a couple minutes, it's an easy way to find directions for further investigation if there's something unusual going on, like anemia. - Doug Beeferman
