I found a cyber cafe with gaming rigs. I should be able to play L4D2 when it launches. I´ll be vpned to my box tomorrow to corodinate that with everyone. Awesome.

In Brazil now. Sweating. No lethal spiders or penis eating fish yet. I'm keeping up the vigilance.

Finished everything that could be finished today. Sat down to watch the first episode of True Blood; this show's pretty good.

Jury duty the week I get back from Brazil. That could have been disasterious, as it stands I'm just fiscally screwed. Hopefully I don't get sequestered so I can cover half of my shift.

I now have cleaning supplies. In theory I can use these to make things clean.

Oh yea, I bought Fe "Curious Village" for the DS. Really I bought it for myself, but don't tell her that.

Nearing the end of @DragonAge at about 30 hours. The story fights are getting hard enough that I'll need to grind side quests to proceed. :(

Last day of work before Brazil. I look forward to shrugging off any pending tickets I might have on to my coworkers and rush to hit my email quota for the week.

Carl Sagan Day, Pii Day, Darwin Day... the science scene is doing a pretty good job getting organized celebrations started.

Alright, all preparations, reservations, cancellations, and negotiations for the trip have been completed. Now I just need to clean the apartment and remove anything that might biodegrade while I'm gone. I may have Jimmy Deans breakfast sandwiches to give away, if anyone hates their colon.

We have plans to do a really deep (and spoiler-tastic) comparison of our stories in December. Get ready for that.

I think @katamba faked h1n1 to stay home to play @dragonage last week. As a result he's finished with his first play through. (1/2)

Bioware did a great job with the Sloth Demon level, because I don't feel like playing it.
