I'm going to bet that Mike gets a bump in subscriptions based on this post. (Not that you were trying to do that Mike, just hazarding a theory.) - AJ Kohn
AJ, I love the theory :-) Seriously though, this thread is about giving back. I will have a blog post up in a few hours. Mum is the word till then :) - Mike Fruchter
"Frgging fascists.
To be honest, I'm glad that I live in Idaho, where we are still pretty much free to commit victimless crimes any time, day or night.
In fact, in honor of my oppressed and suppressed South Dakota brethren, I think I am going to head out and moon all the tourists heading up to Yellowstone right now, before those fascist bastards strip me of my right to moon the public!!
Don't worry, I got some sun while I was out sunbathing and streaking naked through the neighborhood earlier today, because my ass is nice and tan.
Hooyah!!" - Igor The Troll

From the page: "Is it possible to build a business around doing the right thing by independent content creators? Danish-backed startup RedAntenna intends to find out. Though still in beta, RedAntenna has begun signing up indie bands and small record labels to start using its e-commerce widget--RedAntenna calls it a ShopLet--to sell directly to consumers from their own Web sites or their MySpace profile page. RedAntenna handles the transaction and product distribution in exchange for a 7% fee." - Doug aka Nullvariable

The Internet's key oversight agency relaxed rules Thursday to permit the introduction of hundreds, perhaps thousands, of new Internet domain names to join ".com," making the first sweeping changes in the network's 25-year-old address system. - Doug aka Nullvariable

I need to change the comment permalink in xmlrpc.php to amend /all-comments/ to the URL in the feed file. I posted on the pagination comments plugin developer's blog but he did not approve my comments and did not respond. I find it irresponsible of a developer to release a product and just ignore users request without even an acknowledgment. Please let me know if you can help. My comments in the comment feed file are not being resolved to the URL anchor text links after the first page.. - Igor The Troll
the Andrew Dubrow dude seems to be a pro... wish I could help, but I am so loyal to blogger... and I regret that now. I would like to learn more about wordpress though. love the way you can post images in comments... grumble grumble grumble - AnotherⓃⓄⒶⒽ
Noah can you give me a link to him, I cannot find him on FF. - Igor The Troll
I feel your pain Noah although I am concerned about the people who tell me about Wordpress getting hacked! On a different note I found out how to remove the blogger bar from across the top of mine today using a hack. Now to just change the template to remove the annoying links at the top!! - Joe Dawson
so Joe... you brag about a hack and don't reveal the source... ok dude! how is the blogger bar remove done? will they throw me off like myspace when I removed the advertising? - AnotherⓃⓄⒶⒽ
Joe -- watch out. That's probably a breach of the ToS. You might get chucked/suspended. - john conroy
@Joe contd.... although considering that an estimated 30%+ of Blogger pages are linkfarms, more likely you'll slip under the radar even if you are breaching rules. - john conroy
Interesting...and very true, I find that I often scan pages since I rarely have the time to read the whole thing word for word... - Doug aka Nullvariable
