I am *so* tired of SD touting their API and their *wonderful* features. We have a lower-level SD product, and what SA fails to mention is that it will definitely cost you to have access to that API or those great features. If they spent so many years perfecting the user experience, why not make those things standard? RSS? We don't have it in our ILS. Permalinks? Nope. Spelling correction? No. Plus customization of any sort = major drama. And that's just the front end. Do what you gotta do, SD, but stop pretending to be all about the users. </rant> - dr. princess ninja val
