And now the part I always hate, but sadly, its necessary. That's right, the rules.
1. No hate speech will be tolerated. No bashing people of whatever race or sexual orientation. The first incidence will get you banished. There is zero tolerance on this issue.
2. No bashing others for their beliefs. Be tolerant of the experiences of others.
3. No proselytizing.
4. Don't believe in spirits? That's fine by me. I will not argue with you about it here or anywhere else.

I think "celebrities" are just normal human beings that are treated and used by the media - and fullfill a certain need in society. I do not believe that they have anything in common with spirits.
Well, one day we'll all be spirits. Even Brad and Angelina! :-)

I've been hammering on us incarnates about our tendency to expect our spirit friends to be omniscient and omnipotent. THEY ARE NOT! To put it bluntly, these people have issues, or they wouldn't be Earthbound. They need to work on these issues and we need to let them.

Oh gosh, didn't see you there! What I mean is that some folks expect spirits to have answers for them or special powers. They have a bit more perspective on certain things, but they don't necessarily have the answer one is seeking. And they certainly aren't omnipotent. They are just human beings.

I'm just glad my spectral friends don't need to eat. They'd end up with indigestion if I was doing the cooking!

Global warming is real. If we all don't change some things we're going to fuck our planet. And its the only one we have.
Weird weather we're having. Very warm and sunny today but it is supposed to snow by Friday.
And to issue this caution. Don't be afraid of ghosts. Most of them don't mean anyone any harm. But do exercise caution in contacting them. Because when you open the door, less savory things can step through too.
Well, lets see. I reckon maybe I should adopt a motto of some kind. Like the Ghostbusters motto maybe. "We're ready to believe you."
I'm either too stubborn or too stupid to quit. Or both.
Feel a bit bittersweet at the moment. Its like playing to an empty room. But you play anyway. And hope that eventually the word will get out.
Went out for a nice dinner with an old friend last night. Wish I had someone to go to dinner with tonight but I reckon I'll settle for a quesadilla. I know you care.
Even as jaded as I am, sometimes the readings will really amaze me.
I owe one person a reading for buying the book and am waiting on a check from another.
We get a little weird around here if left to our own devices. Thats why it would be nice to have some of y'all step in and take us outside our own little insular group of nut wads!
But in all seriousness, its expending the energy to make a difference for others, to lessen the suffering in all worlds.
Some of these smart asses are cutting in with remarks like "It's booze! It's weed!"
It isn't being perceived as good looking. It isn't being rich. It isn't being "the greatest whatever." It isn't being adulated.
I am told that "you would be surprised what is found to be important when one has the perspective outside a body. It is not what you might expect."
I had to be guided not to cling to my Earthbound friends so much. I love working with them but was putting too great of a burden on them. And because several of them care about me (thank you!) they did not want to leave me alone. But I was stunting their healing.
Folks, it is necessary that we instead call on higher powers to fill these needs. These higher powers have boundless energy. They will not get drained like our Earthbound friends. They can give us what we need.
My friends do feel sad that there are people who desperately need guidance and companionship. These people take a liking to these friends and constantly call on them. Its sad because really the Earthbound spirits can't fulfill this terrible longing. And they feel awful because they can't.
