Well, I just went out and bought the album (cough cough). And at first I was a little let down. Don’t get me wrong, the album is great, but it wasn’t until the 3-part 15 min symphony at the end that I was really digging it. Its has more of a neo-classical feel than an alternative feel, which I really dig. I really liked the track “United States of Eurasa”, and it reminded me of queen at parts. Listen to the vocal melodies and guitar right around 2:40 and you’ll hear what I mean. I guess I was looking for the cool synth work like Origin of Symmetry, but the album is still great.
