I select text when I'm reading to mark the line I'm in, I do that wherever there's text to select (except where there's a solid dark backgroud which renders the selection color invisible). {wince}. But then I noticed some sites responding unusually to that action. Meet Tynt: from their website, "..tracks when users copy content from your web site and automatically adds a link back to the original page when your content is pasted." Now I know what has been having Chrome on an intermittent 'Waiting for X...' status.
