"Stephanie Herseth from South Dakota was one of them. I liked her, but there is no way she will win a re-election now. Her reasoning is not that of Kucinich, it was with pharma."

"Meh, I don't think Blizzard needs to really worry that much about the console market. It's a much better experience playing their games on a personal computer."

"I'm already hearing that Republicans won't even vote for a bill that doesn't have the public option. So, if the bill is doing all these things as well, why not include the public option?"

"If the public option is discarded, this entire fight for health-care reform will be for nothing. The whole idea is to introduce us Americans to the idea of government healthcare. If it's tossed out, the health insurance companies will have prevailed."

"I hope not. Otherwise it probably means touchscreen iMacs or Macbooks will be delayed even further. I'm getting rather tired of Apple focusing on small gadgets rather than the actual computer itself. The hand-held stuff is great, but could we see some more innovation in the desktop and laptop sector?"

"John Thune is supposed to be a small-town guy with no major corporate ties. Why we got rid of our only majority leader in the Senate and appointed him instead is beyond me. I hope he loses miserably in the next election."

"In my teenage years, I was a huge video game addict. I played everything including Nintendo, Sega, Playstation, and computer games all day. And I constantly obsessed over console and game releases. Around my senior year of high school, my whole methodology about playing video games changed. It was fun for awhile, but then you start to wonder exactly what playing video games does for you. If it helps you relax and free your mind, then I don't think it's really a bad thing. However, it gets ugly when you have to play video games all the time, and you constantly obsess over next-generation consoles. If you're looking for a career in the gaming industry, this is a good thing. But if it's just a hobby, you might want to take a step back and ask yourself if it's worth your time. And perhaps you could think about ways of making money or networking with the time you normally spend playing video games. All that said, I rarely play video games nowadays. They're not the devil, but I wouldn't say..."

"We're one of the only countries that doesn't offer it. I love how the opposition destroys the single-payer healthcare system by saying it's Socialism or that it will create a "middle-man" between you and your doctor. There's already a middle-man: It's called a health insurance company. I am fed up with this shit. There is no viable argument for not offering a single-payer system option in addition to health insurance companies. If people want to stick with their own insurance, that's fine. But, I think the rest of us should have a choice. The reason why this isn't happening is because everyone will want a single-payer system, and health insurance companies will go out of business."

"A friend of mine went to Cozumel right when the Swine Flu started to spread and said she and her husband had the beach all to themselves. Everyone leaving was tested for Swine Flu, and no one was infected. I think the Swine Flu is a bunch of media hype."
