I wrote this yesterday in a FriendFeed comment: "I've now reached the stage where I'm even communicating about live sporting events on FriendFeed rather than Twitter (thanks to rooms and fftogo)." I'm ruminating on this.
I enjoyed the game on TV and the comments in the NBA Finals room. Thanks OE.

A lot of people were talking about Tiger yesterday on Twitter. They showed up here within seconds, where the conversation continued. I think they both are good for different things. I wish I could post to Twitter an original comment, though, from here.

Robert can't you use the greasemonkey script to allow using friendfeed as a twitter client?
- Nathan Eckenrode
I think that the greasemonkey script doesn't work on Firefox 3 yet.

@Russell The NBA room is going great for the Finals. Hopefully, it will be even more active for the regular season.
- Shey
@Guerwan it does, greasemonkey support is in Firefox3 now
- Nathan Eckenrode
I'll try out the Greasemonkey stuff.

I posted about Euro 2008 on Twitter and lost six subscribers, take it not many of my friends with football fans!

I tried to create a "NBA" room but it wouldn't let me so I went with "NBA Finals" for now. The regular season should have a generic NBA room. There is already a "Basketball" room but it's for all levels of basketball, not just NBA.

Just joined the NFL room. Not sure how my Redskins will do this year, however.

@danielbru, this is the FriendFeed conversation in which Robert Scoble commented that FriendFeed and Twitter each have their purposes. If I were on a desktop or laptop right now, I could easily link this conversation to other relevant FriendFeed conversations.
