Twitterfeed gone wrong?? I just saw twitterfeed flooded my twitter (hence FriendFeed & Facebook) accounts with about 10 older entries from my google reader & delicious shared items... Am I the only one?? Hope this wont happen again my friends!

Looks like it was a bigger issue, on their twitter account (http://twitter.com/twfeed) twitterfeed says: "Apologies, we had a hiccup just now, cause by some backend changes. the issue should be fixed now" :/
