Alla fine sono arrivato alla conclusione che quando sono scariche si ricaricano senza farsi problemi e quando è ora si cambiano :)

Di sicuro, le batterie al litio soffrono la scarica: farle scaricare tutte non fa bene alla salute (e ti fa ritrovare col cell scarico quando ti serve)
